ABOUT THE ROLE
The Clinical Operations Specialist will focus on onboarding, training, supporting, managing, and serving as a centralized point of contact for clinicians (psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and therapists located across the U.S). This work is critical to enabling our clinicians to effectively deliver essential mental health care via telehealth to a broad network of health entity partners.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Welcome, onboard and train new clinicians joining Array Behavioral Care
- Maintain positive day-to-day relationship with clinicians as one of their primary points of contact
- Deliver on a cadence of clinician engagement and communication to increase clinician retention
- Foster a supportive and positive professional community between Array clinicians
- Prioritize and resolve clinician issues as they arise in coordination with other Array team members
- Facilitate process of pairing clinicians with staffing assignments at Array’s health entity partners
- Manage the process of clinical systems training required between Array’s health entity partners and clinicians as required
- Ensure timely completion of Clinical Operations tasks and administrative tasks, and support other departments such as credentialing, technology and human resource teams that require clinician input and timely response
- Ensure clinician schedule is maintained accurately to reflect time-off, holidays and schedule changes
- Assist in biweekly clinician payroll process to ensure accurate and timely payment of clinicians
- Devise and support a variety of activities and initiatives designed to foster clinician engagement and satisfaction
- Supply information and ideate improvements to Array’s Clinical Operations’ systems and processes
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree preferred OR equivalent work experience in behavioral health
- 3-5 years of Practice Management or Provider Relations experience or similar role in a demanding healthcare environment, specifically interacting with and supporting physicians
- Exceptional computer skills with ability to pick up new applications quickly
- Ability to successfully manage relationships and complex conversations independently and confidently with clinicians of all levels of experience and seniority
- Ability to understand and negotiate around areas of dissatisfaction or concern, over the phone, in person, and via video conference
- Approachable yet assertive style when it comes to problem-solving and collaboration around complex challenges
- Ability to consider multiple aspects of clinician and health entity partner satisfaction, as well as business objectives, in making decisions
- Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking skills. High performance with respect to accurate, timely task execution; strong attention to detail
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment that places high value on continuous improvement
- A strong interest in impacting the future of behavioral health in the U.S.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- The pay range for this role is $86,000 - $92,000 per year.This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position using current market data. The final offer will be determined based on an individual's skills, years of experience, education, capacity, licenses, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
